The Only Maintenance Free Cable Pathway

An Evaluation Service Report (ESR) was recently issued by UL® for our EZ Path® Fire-Rated Pathways confirming code compliance with the International Building Code® (IBC), International Fire Code® (IFC), and NFPA 101, “Life Safety Code®” (LSC). The report goes on to confirm that, when properly installed, the device is exempt from ongoing maintenance.

Maintenance free solutions not only make buildings safer by reducing opportunities for non-compliance. They also reduce Operating expenses by eliminating the need to regularly review and remediate fire life safety conditions due to mis-use.
